Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Home Inspection fees are based on square footage, age, and complexity of the house.

Pool - Inspection
- $200.00 to $400.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Swimming pool inspection fee are based on size and complexity of the pool.

Residential Structural Engineers
- $200.00 to $300.00 per hour for a registered engineer (pe)
Structural Inspections and reports start at $450.00 and the fee is based on square footage and scope/complexity of work.
