I first met Sam in Home Depot over a year ago while looking for tile adhesive and grouting. Sam asked if I needed help and I answered yes, where he directed me to the products I would ultimately purchase for my project. I thanked him for his help when he offered his business card.
A year later I found Sam's business card and gave him a call. He returned my call and I asked for an estimate on some work in my home.
He came over the next evening and reviewed the work. Sam provided a quote for the work the next couple of days via email, which was accepted immediately. The work entailed, repair of the first floor kitchen ceiling and basement bathroom ceiling due to plumbing work previously performed.
Work began the following week. New LED recessed lights in the kitchen were installed and placed strategically. The basement bathroom ceiling repair also included installation of tiles. The work was completed in 3 days as expected.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $3,000.00 to $9,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Rates are based according to what client would like to achieve.

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $4.00 to $9.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Price varies on installation process and is only for labor!

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $1.50 to $3.00 per square foot
Price varies on products to be used, priming, patching/spackle, doors, trim, etc..

Kitchen - Remodeling
- $6,000.00 to $25,000.00 fixed fee (full remodel with standard options)
Price is according to clients desire and budget. We can configure Kitchen to any budget!

Wood Flooring - Refinish
- $2.00 to $3.50 per square foot
Price is according to what client would like to achieve.
