- $330.00 to $500.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
- $200.00 to $225.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, overlay existing roof)
to strip and reroof, ice and water shield,felt paper,ridge vent,a dumpster, flashing of chimney and any pipes is all included

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair
- $40.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
small 1 floor is cheaper than a 3 family taking more time

Door or Window Screens - Repair
- $40.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus material cost)
just a hourly rate for this kind of repair

Flat Roof - Installation
- $300.00 to $325.00 per 100 sq.ft. (asphalt roll, no existing roof tear off)
depends on how much work is involved

Roof - Inspection
- $50.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
provide a free inspection

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
- $350.00 to $700.00 per 100 square feet (mid-grade siding)
all depends on the siding and if we are wrapping windows doing gutters etc

Windows - Install or Replace
- $300.00 to $600.00 per window (includes standard size, mid-grade window)
