A: We ascertain that there is no home deterioration due to water penetration which is the most destructive element in a home.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: Question: Can you find a home for my loan? Answer: "Please give me a brief description of your project." After that, if I feel like the request has merit, I will request additional information for review, make calls to underwriters I know and get back to the borrower.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Seniors and veterans are given a 10% discount.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: A remediation contractor needed a $6M loan to do remediation for Alcoa. Due to the nature of their business, they were having difficulty finding a suitable lender with reasonable rates. I arranged for them to meet with the president of a company who represented 2 hedge funds and had a group of more than 1,000 private investors. The loan closed in 3 months.

A: The lenders I work with have funded billions of dollars in loans. My contacts are rock solid and I am dogmatic in my approach to getting a commercial loan placed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)
A: Sometimes I am paid by the lender; sometimes by the borrower. There are NO UPFRONT FEES unless it is necessary to develop a more comprehensive presentation. At that time, any fees I might charge will be discussed with the borrower.
