I just have to write and thank Sheila and her team for doing an amazing job on our floors. She helped us after a contractor took our money and left us with rough, ugly floors. I called her in tears and she came out the same day to give me an estimate - after 30 seconds of meeting her, I knew I could trust her. After having such a horrible experience with the prior contractor -- I can only say that she restored my faith that there are professionals out there that take pride in their work and care about the people they are doing work for. I highly recommend Sheila both for her professionalism, her talent and for kindness. It is emotional having people in your home and it means a lot to be able to trust those people. We wanted to write and express our thanks to Sheila, Pat, and the rest of the crew at Archies Concrete Design for doing such a fantastic job on our floors. Our floors were some of the toughest they'd seen with many surprises lurking underneath some 30-year old linoleum. Despite that, they got our job done beautifully and on time. We're not only impressed with the quality of the work, but also with how nice, conscientious, and fun they were. They were also flexible in scheduling the work around our needs, and they were affordable.
We highly recommend them for anyone looking to do concrete staining as part of their remodel.

We have only great things to say about Archie's Concrete Design. We wanted our entire 3100sf house redone in stained concrete. After receiving several bids we choose Sheila and Pat do to the job. They are BBB members which was a plus for us, whereas most other concrete contractors weren't. They were very professional and personable. At least one of the owners was on site at all times. They hired out for the demolition and removal of the old flooring but did the actual cleaning, staining and scoring themselves. Sheila is a perfectionist in her work and did not let a single flaw escape her. Phone calls and emails were promptly returned. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would give Archie's Concrete 10 stars if that was available. From the moment I called them to the day everything was complete Archies Concrete Design is as good as it gets. They were helpful, answered my many, many, many questions over the course of the project and the end result was more then I could have hoped for. We can't say enough good things are Archie's Concrete Design. Four years ago this team stained and sealed our 1500 sq ft home. Due to chemical allergies, they had to use a water base stain and a sealant and wax that did not have odor. We couldn't be more pleased. We have asked them back to do some touch up (where our grandkids have dragged metal objects around). We clean it with vinegar and water twice a month and it looks like new.

Well after many years of deliberation we finally decided to rip up the carpet and have our floors completed. You see we have a Rottie and a Dobie who love to play outside however steam cleaning the carpets was getting old and time consuming.
At our vets office I always admired their stained concrete floors. I finally asked Dr. Salmon who did them and he stated Sheila Archie. So I gave her a call.
Sheila was great and came out to quote us a price. We had previously gotten quotes and she was lower overall and she just clicked in personality. Thus we hired her. Our objective was a dark brown stain with score lines to imitate tiles. We opted not to have an overlay completed as we loved the imperfections of the concrete. We didn't want a perfectly smooth or consistent color. We wanted more of a rustic look with frog skeltons, moths and leaf prints in our original concrete to bring charm to our house.

This company is FANTASTIC!!!! Can not recommend them enough. They are extremely professional, reliable, honest, and they do GREAT work!!! They scored and stained our concrete and it looks like we have tile in the entire downstairs of our home. They know what they're doing and they don't take shortcuts. They started the job on Monday and were done in 3 days- and that was with me changing my mind about going from a solid stain to a scored look.
