- $420.00 to $700.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Inspections are priced according to square footage, type of building(I e residential or commercial), and condition

Home Inspection Services
- $280.00 to $320.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $320.00 to $420.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $380.00 to $480.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $320.00 to $360.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Inspections are billed by square footage and condition
