6' Vinyl Privacy / 6' Wood Stockade Privacy
This was for a community center being remodeled. They went with half of the property (257') a 6' x 8' Tan/White Solid Privacy Style Fence. White 2" x 8" Legacy Rails and 1" x 6" Tongue and Groove tripled reinforced Tan Boards. The other half of the property (257') they chose a 6' x 8' Spruce Pressure Treated Stockade Economy Style Fence. Pickets are 5/8" Thick by 3" wide and beveled for a more rounder look. Came out excellent.

5' Vinyl Privacy
5' Solid White Vinyl Privacy Fence. The rails are the strongest material available today measuring 2" x 8", guaranteed for life. The boards are triple reinforced 1" x 6" Tongue and Groove boards also guaranteed for life. This was a duplex, both sides were done by us including 4 shower enclosures.

It's been several years since I've written a review for something. I had my whole yard fenced in by these guys and I am more than happy. Dan came to my house to look at my yard and sat down with me and presented himself and what he had to offer so confidently and professionally. He had a binder full of fence styles, colors, locks, caps for the posts & even pictures from all previous jobs to show me consistency, I guess... I was so impressed that I hired him to do my fence without even calling anyone else. A lot of people would say that's generally a bad idea but like I said, the presentation was unlike anything I've ever seen. He really does care and loves what he does which is why i hired him the way I did. Three days later, they were back and finished the following morning. They even had a young lady follow behind them as they were working and wiping down each section and post as they were put in! I'm more than pleased. I hope someone gets use of this review.

I was on a budget so after a few estimates were setup I gave them a try.... they were the most polite and professional group of people I've almost EVER come across business wise. A couple were big names but Wellman Fencing LLC stuck out the most to me and had the best prices to offer. The owner came and he was the most down to earth person and extremely professional. He made me feel really comfortable and guaranteed their work for the lifetime of the fence which no one else would do. Long story short, I hired them to do the fence.
