Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Research! There are a lot of 'Professionals' in the service industry and the cost and service performed is pretty standard across the board so always get more than one quote and don't be afraid to ask for references. My business specializes in post construction cleaning and every contractor we work with requests documentation and references, it's standard procedure.

A: Exceeding in customer service to build long lasting business relationships

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: We understand that there is different cleaning services. Residential, Commercial, Post-Construction, Fire & Water restoration, etc. instead of simply providing all services, like most of the other local companies, we decided to focus on one type of cleaning service and perfect it! You tend to have local companies that either expect to get paid under the table or just do it on the side or commercial franchises that over-charge the consumer and underpay the worker, which doesn't result in a happy customer normally, we chose to raise the bar in the industry!

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: Guaranteed satisfaction or we will come back and fix it. Depending on the inconvenience and other factors we may offer reimbursement as well.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: Do you clean windows or exterior properties? The answer is yes! We clean the lower level exterior windows as standard service and we also do power washing and general clean up in the grounds

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Does not apply as we only work with contractors and builders but we do give discounts for companies we work for on multiple projects.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: Generally there is some sort of clean up expected on a project from other contractors. Recently we worked on a jobsite where the conditions were not acceptable by the terms of other superintendents or GC's overseeing the job. It was a larger job and as time went on the conditions became worse. There was bodily waste in showers, food left in cabinets that had rotted, no type of protection to the flooring or other areas by the painters and that's just to name a few things. I addressed the issue with the Superintendent after a few months as my workers weren't getting paid the amount to deal with bodily waste (any service that contains clean up of bodily waste other than cleaning a toilet is classified as bio-hazard or crime-scene cleaning, there are different certifications and training needed to do bio-hazard than what a cleaner who does post-construction needs, which results in a higher cost). As time went on, the problem wasn't addressed by the superintendent, I had to bring in the certified cleaners I employee for bio-hazard which ultimately ended up costing more on my part. Not only was this an issue but the company was 5 months behind in paying. Since they technically broke the contract by not paying in the time we agreed, I took the opportunity to renegotiate the contract terms prior to giving them the notice that we would finish the next building and have to end our relationship. I've never had to go to a Superintendant before and complain of the conditions, if anything I'm guilty of telling them not to worry about it because we have to clean it anyway, multiple occasions we have been told that we don't have to do what we do but it is what is expected by me and my staff was trained to do it that way, it's never a problem but this was a case of taking that kindness and mistaking it for weakness. I priced the job as I would have any other post construction job for an apartment complex, normally one unit takes 2 people approximately 4 hours to complete at most. Th

Q: Tell us a little about your company.
A: Familiar to the trade, since my parents owned a residential cleaning company, I grew up earning extra cash by working for my parents over the summer and after school. After college and working in the medical field for 8 years, I needed more flexibility in my schedule with 2 children. I started Task Tacklers LLC which was originally a residential cleaning, organization and concierge service but as we grew we focused on the larger projects in the construction industry

With the majority of our projects being listed as high-end or upscale facilities, we know the correct products, procedures & the physical work that is needed to complete the projects while paying close attention to detail. We have experience w/residential communities, including apartment complexes, senior living facilities and residential homes, medical facilities, restaurants, department & retail stores, office buildings, auto lots, churches, fitness facilities, gyms & clubhouses. 30-day invoicing, carry General Liability Insurance and Workmans Compensation. How We Charge For Our Services
Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $0.15 to $0.25 per square foot
This is right along the average cost for industrial cleaning services.

Construction Management Services
- $0.10 to $0.50 fixed fee - flat rate
We charge per square foot, this varies from .10 per sq ft to .50 per sq ft depending on what type of construction project and cleaning is being done.

Estate Cleaning
- $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
This is an approximation. We do not charge hourly rates and I don’t bid by the hour, I base pricing off of the square footage, type of flooring, number of bathrooms and additional services such as window washing, etc.

Janitorial Services
- $0.11 to $0.50 per square foot
It depends on the type of facility, frequency and services required

Post Construction Clean-up
- $0.15 to $0.50 per square foot
This is based off the national average and is determined by the type of building, whether or not it is just a final cleaning or if there are 3 visits and the extent of services needed.

Window Washing - Commercial
- $5.00 to $12.00 per pane (exterior only)
Based on whether it’s interior, exterior or both, the floor level the windows are on and the condition of the window.
