What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When hiring any company always get 2 references and 2-3 quotes from similar companies. Always use your instinct. When you meet, feel free to ask questions. Although you can ask about anything, don't ask to many details on how they will complete the project. We contractors and handymen have lots of skills and knowledge and wisdom, we can't give it away for free. We have no issues with asking us questions just keep it to a minimum until you sign the contract. Then we can talk all you want !

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Basement - Finish or Remodel
- $25.00 to $45.00 per square foot (standard grade, including bathroom)
- $20.00 to $35.00 per square foot (standard grade, no bathroom)
We provide all materials and labor for the project you describe. We require a 33%-50% deposit and the remainder in 2 installments.
