Our most popular service solution is the Home Staging in-home consultation. After an extensive walk-through, the client receives a completed a customized action report. This detailed report will allow home owners to either prepare their home for sale by themselves or perform the preparations necessary to have their home stage-ready for Suite Effects, LLC to come in and perform the styling for them.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $450.00 to $750.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $500.00 to $800.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
Average 2,000 sf homes that have been prepared for staging can be done in a half day (occupied) or a full day (vacant). Fees are labor only and do not reflect the cost of additional purchases or rentals.
