How We Charge For Our Services
|
Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $750.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Fees are due on the day of inspection. If other arrangements are necessary I will do my best to comply.

Home Maintenance Contracts
- $250.00 to $350.00 fixed fee per year
I will inspect your home annually to keep small problems from becoming big expenses.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $120.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Radon testing is provided as an addition to a regular home inspection.

Roof - Inspection
- $125.00 to $175.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
I provide single system inspections. Call for your individual needs.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour
