Chad Schultz - Certified Professional Inspector
I’ve been interested in homes since I was a small child. Growing up in Cincinnati my grandmother would take me to Homearama every year and I would study the floor plans and draw my own on grid paper. Not long after turning eighteen I remodeled a 3-room 1880’s home that my Dad owned. From that point forward I don’t think I’ve lived in a home I didn’t leave my mark on. I would rent a home for a year and spend most of the time working on it. Recently I’ve given new life to a home built in 1885 in the city of Newport, KY, which is where I currently live. I spent time in the United States Army and was lucky enough to be able to attend Northern Kentucky University because of that. I graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English with minors in video and photography. I was led to Home Inspecting and found that it gives me the opportunity to combine my skills and offer them to the public while being able to do the things I love every day.
