It is a challenge to put self-care on the top of your priority list for 30 days. As busy as we all are in today's fast-paced life, prioritizing self-care is the most common challenge people face.
This challenge is designed to initiate a healthier you! It will work by first reducing toxic food, refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol, as well as chemicals and replacing them with energizing plant foods full of phytonutrients and antioxidants. Hydration, exercise, rest and relaxation are also important components of the challenge.

Health & Diet Foods
- $45.00 to $171.00 per unit
Juice Plus fruits and vegetables are only $45 a month and FREE for a child. Juice Plus fruits, vegetables and berries are $71 a month and Juice Plus fruits, vegetables, berries and complete shakes are $171 a month. As always, health education seminars and lectures are free. One adult may sponsor one child to get Juice Plus for free.
