We currently do not offer exterior cleanings. We also do one-time residential cleanings. Which would include one- time deep clean, move-in/move-out clean, and construction clean.

How We Charge For Our Services

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $55.00 to $65.00 per hour (per person)
- $85.00 to $120.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
We charge by the hour for one time cleans. We charge a flat rate for a recurring clean.

Post Construction Clean-up
- $85.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $0.10 to $0.25 per square foot
We charge by the hour for a construction clean. Usually depends on how big the house is and how much work will need to be done.
