What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Please verify if they are properly LICENSED as general contractors (to cut into your foundation) and properly certified. The state doesn't require it but you certainly wouldn't take your car to a plumber just because the "state" doesn't regulate it....

Our biggest challenge is with radon mitigation projects because the concrete installers in Albuquerque do not pour proper footers, stem walls and foundations according to the architectural and engineering blueprints. Many times where there should be a typical 6"-8" stem wall we encounter 12"-18" and we just keep working at it till we are through.
