How We Charge For Our Services

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $30.00 to $50.00 per room (no furniture)
- $45.00 to $65.00 per room (with furniture)
The above pricing is an estimate but We want our customers to be be satisfied with the finished work. We like to do a walkthru to see the condition of the carpet or tile before we give a proposal for the work. We require payment at completion of job, unless prior arrangements are made before starting the task.

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $40.00 to $60.00 per room (no furniture)
- $60.00 to $80.00 per room (with furniture)
Depending on the condition of the carpet.. stains, spills, wear of carpet we charge accordingly
Pricing for Rooms with furniture that needs to be moved will need to be looked at prior to giving a firm quote.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $75.00 to $200.00 fixed fee per visit
We require payment to be made no later than the 15th of the following month of service
When we have an agreement for regular service.

Janitorial Services
- $0.25 to $0.45 per square foot
All buildings have many of the same cleaning needs, to be presentable and clean to staff & guest.
We present a cleaning schedule & pricing that fits the clients needs

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $100.00 to $140.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
We provide a proposal that fits the clients needs & wants from a cleaning service.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $4.00 to $15.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $7.00 to $15.00 per pane (outside only)
- $3.00 to $8.00 per pane (inside only)
Pricing depends on access to windows & how dirty they are & if storm windows, window tracks, & screens are need to be cleaned

- $8.00 to $25.00 per pane (exterior only)
