What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

The best advice would be to get recommendations from persons you trust. If you can't do that, make sure you find out from the attorney to whom you are speaking about his or her experience specifically with your legal situation.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

The most common types of projects and services I provide include (in no particular order): corporate formation projects (Corporations, LLC's, etc.), drafting operating agreements, partnership agreements and shareholder agreements; buying and selling businesses, commercial real property purchase and sale transactions, commercial real property lease preparation and negotiation, land use and zoning issues, key employee agreements, technology licensing deals.
