AAP SAFETY PROGRAMS
American Asset Protection provide a comprehensive Safety Program for commercial, industrial and construction. Our officers are professionally trained and certified under NFPA, OSHA Standards for Fire Life Safety, Safety and Fire Watch duties.

Facility protection
With the economy in the worst recession in decades, businesses are wise to not only review their security budgets, but also their security needs. Unfortunately, as unemployment rates continue to
increase so will crime rates. Increased unemployment tends to lead to increased crime especially in the areas of petty theft, shoplifting, burglary, robbery and assault with intent to commit theft against individuals.

The AAP Basic Patrol
A Uniformed professionally trained proactive services officer, in an American Asset Protection marked vehicle, will check the premises for signs of illegal activity, community policy violations, safety hazards and routine maintenance problems such as lights that are not working properly, damaged property, etc. maintenance issues will be reported via the Facility Condition Report (FCR) and any Irregularity and incidents will be reports as appropriate. Patrol hits will be conducted at random intervals during a predetermined time frame (e.g. 7:00pm to 7:00am, 10:30pm to 6:00am or 5:00am to 5:00pm).
