What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Check reviews...This trade is full of individuals operating as a sole owner/operator with no insurance, no business license, no physical location of operation and you are inviting them into your home. There is risk in doing this with any person or company. Only work with LOCAL companies with a long history and track record of quality service and integrity. Remember that this trade has limited license requirements and as such it can attract all sorts of people. Our employees are completely vetted, drug tested and background checked. We are insured and bonded for your protection. We have a physical location in downtown Orlando..NOT a PO box! We have been serving Central Floridians for years. Repairing IS Recycling! This is actually the company 'tag-line'..I got into this business to ensure that we keep as many 'white goods' out of landfills as possible. We are the only nation on earth that throws away products that are designed and built to be repaired. We work very hard to make all repairs make sense for our clients thereby keeping appliances operating in your home and out of the appliance dumps all over the state of Florida. Do your part in managing this hazardous waste stream by repairing your appliance if at all possible and recycling it responsibly if it is not. Thank you .

Old fashioned customer service and educating the customer of what their best options are. We are also pretty quick to fix appliances for our clients and we work hard to keep our costs low so that it usually makes sense to repair over replace your appliance.

Time in the marketplace doing quality business, our reviews, which are so important to me as a business owner as an indicator of how we are doing for our customers. I believe we have the highest quality technicians that can be found locally. I pay them well and treat them like family and as such we have a great amount of loyalty and longevity in our small company.
