We serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in both apartments and residential properties. We provide services to investment property owners for real estate management, leasing, contract administration and accounting. Listed below are a few of the many services:

Follow up on employment and rental history

* Assist /supervise resident managers

Our management fees are a simple percentage of the gross monthly income collected.

Property Maintenance & Repair
- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour plus parts
We provide professional service and fair price to all of our clients.

Property Management - Residential
- 5.00 to 8.00 percent of monthly rent
We provide full service management for a fair price.
|
