Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
depends on if its a leak in the shingles are pipe boots are in the valley or just shingles blown up that just need replacing

Metal Roof - Installation
- $165.00 to $225.00 per 100 sq.ft (metal shingles, no tear off of existing roof)
- $400.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft (standing seam, no tear off of existing roof)
it depends on the pitch of the roof obviously metal shingles take longer to put on and if I have to provide insurance or if I put rain and ice shield underneath

depending on what type of paint and the pitch of the Roof
