On of my gifts as a coach is helping people discover their essence – to unleash their magnificence, and dare to be who they were created to be! The questions I ask myself daily, and I can in turn ask my clients are: “what does this (whatever the challenges) have to do with the agenda of our soul” and “Can I do this imperfectly, by failing into success?”
Perfectionism is the killer of joy. Life is not experienced in a straight line. We have to dare to be honest, to be vulnerable, to be real.
