What is your company best known for?

Specialties: Home mortgage lending for purchase and refinance of residential properties. I don’t sell Real Estate, Insurance or Am-way and I don’t know anything about replacing the alternator in your Bugatti. What I do exceptionally well, however, is mortgage loans. I specialize in helping people achieve their goals and dreams.

Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?

SENIORS: We offer Reverse Mortgages for Seniors. We start by meeting with the Senior borrowers, their family and their financial advisers to be sure everyone understands what is going on.
VETERANS: We offer VA benefit home loans. The VA mortgage is probably the best program available because it is actually a program designed to HELP veterans.
MCC: We offer the 20% interest rebate program to First Time Buyers. With this program, the IRS REFUNDS 20% of the mortgage interest paid each year on their tax returns. This is a dollar for dollar CREDIT and not just a deduction.
