How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.00 to $8.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 5.00 to 10.00 percent of construction cost
OSM, Inc. does not charge for the initial meeting with our clients. That meeting is used to determine the scope of work for each project. From that meeting, OSM, Inc. determines the amount of time and level of drawings required for each project and provides our clients with a lump sum proposal based on these parameters.
