How We Charge For Our Services
|
Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $150.00 to $225.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $175.00 to $250.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $225.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $300.00 to $375.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
When billing by the hour I usually charge $30-$35 per man hour and an extra hourly fee if any equipment is involved (backpack blowers, hauling leaves away etc.)

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $30.00 to $35.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
I usually give a flat rate when planting plants but if desired by the customer for an hourly rate I charge $30-$35 a man hour.

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $75.00 to $100.00 per application (1 acre)
- $45.00 to $60.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $55.00 to $75.00 per application (1/2 acre)
When fertilizing I give a flat rate based on the approximate square footage. I also give a discount if the customer pays for the whole season up front.

Lawn Sprinklers - Install
- $35.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus material cost)
- $300.00 to $600.00 per sprinkler zone (connected to house water)
- $4.00 to $10.00 per linear foot (connected to house water)
I usually give estimates by the # of sprinkler heads while taking in consideration other factors such as: water volume, plumbing access, changes in grade, distance from water source etc.

Lawn Sprinklers - Repair
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus parts)
- $15.00 to $30.00 fixed fee per replacement head
I usually charge $35/hr plus material when servicing a sprinkler system. Sometimes there is a flat rate for certain replacements such as: A gear drive rotor replacement is $30, while a spray head replacement is $18.

Lawn Sprinklers - Winterize or Activate
- $45.00 to $100.00 fixed fee
I charge winterizing and turn ons based on the amount of zones. The first 6 zones are $10 per zone and any zone after 6 is $5 a zone. For example if you have 5 zones it would be $50. If you have 8 zones it would be $70 (60+5+5). $45 is the minimum.
