As an architect I was extremely concerned with the quality of work and the attention to detail. Keith was able to deliver on both counts. He was able to interpret the design intent on the documents as well as work with me when he saw a better way of doing something. His pricing is honest and fair and based upon being able to deliver a quality job. These traits are highly desirable in a contractor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my clients.

Addition to House - Build - $85.00 to $150.00 per square foot for standard grade construction All jobs are different and require attention in different ways, its not fair to us or our clients to price everything the same.

Basement - New Basement Addition - $30.00 to $50.00 per square foot There are so many variables here. We did a basement about 10 years ago that cost $350,000 in Mahwah NJ. It was stunning!!! And we did a basement last year for $15,000 w/ full bath 3 bedrooms complete that was stunning as well. It all depends on what you want to put in it.

Bathroom - Add or Build New - $7,000.00 to $50,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom) This is a loaded question. How big is the bathroom? How many fixtures are in it? Do you want marble imported from the Italy or the Home Depot special?

Carpentry Framing - Install - $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus materials) I never price a Framing job or any job for that matter by the hour and the homeowner should never hire anyone that would bill themselves out by the hour. Commercial work is different.

Construction Management Services - $40.00 to $50.00 per hour - $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee - flat rate - 10.00 to 20.00 percent of total project cost Percent or fixed rate is the best way to do this if the project manager is hiring the subs but weekly pay is the best solution if the homeowner is hiring the subs. Also include labor for physical work completed in addition to management fees
