We can't say enough great things about Ross. From first interview and pre-qualifying, to closing on our new home, he was with us every step of the way. When we had questions, he was quick to call back and answer them or have the proper person call us immediately. No surprises with Ross. He got us up to speed with the current rates and options available for us. Having a regular job and owning a small business can make things interesting and difficult during qualification. Not so with Ross as he guided us through each portion step by step. Going to closing fully informed and on top of the situation sure made a difference. It sure was nice being treated like family!!!!

I met Ross at an open house showing a few weeks ago and instantly was drawn into his enthusiasm, knowledge about the industry and inviting personality. Although, at the time my boyfriend and I already had a lender; I took his business card anyways and left my contact information with him. A few days later Ross followed up with me and offered to go over our mortgage information for free and ended up being able to save us thousands of dollars. He is one of the first people I met when I moved to Texas; glad to call a friend and is someone that I trust and will continue to refer business to over and over.
