Get him. This guy is probably the best value for your money. He is a city inspector during the day so he has been in thousands of homes and probably seen it all. He traced all the vents and discovered a vent in the attic improperly channeled under the top flooring, that I'm not convinced other inspectors would have, and he even had specific suggestions on how to perform the repair. Punctual too.

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Fee is based on structure size and drive time to property.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Fee is based on the size of the house and drive time to the property.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee - flat rate
The nature of each consultation inspection (basement moisture issue for example) varies and the fee is determined on a per case basis.
