What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Although the State of Ohio does not have a process in place to license persons claiming to be a mold expert there are few things you should be aware of. As in just about any profession carrying the insurance specific to the industry is very important, as is continuing education. Our mold inspectors are among the most qualified (Licensed by the State of Florida, Certified by the IICRC, Background checked by the FBI and meets the CEU requirements every two and a half years.) SafeHouse Solutions carries Mold Pollution Liability and Errors and Omissions which only those who are knowledgeable, trained and experienced in Mold Inspection and Testing and who know how to interpret those results as well as the best methods to remediate or mitigate as well as protect a property from becoming cross contaminated by molds will carry this type of insurance and name you as an additional insured.
