Marks/Esherick Renovation
2012 AIA Redwood Empire Chapter Award winning redesign of classic 1965 Esherick-designed Hedgerow House at The Sea Ranch, CA. Total redo of a classic Demonstration House that launched the entire Sea Ranch style for custom residential homes. New modern kitchen, and complete interior and exterior redo preserved this house and yet brought it into the 21st century with contemporary finishes and state of the art appliances and fixtures.

Marks/Esherick Renovation
Evening sunsets are easily enjoyed with the addition of new window seat bays and larger windows for this complete makeover of a classic Sea Ranch original from 1965. 2011 renovation did a complete, AIA award-winning makeover.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Architects - Commercial
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Lower rates are for draftsman services, higher is for principal architect. After design is approved through preliminary design agencies and contractor estimated project cost, a fixed fee can be established.

Architects - Residential
- 10.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
Full service is included for all new construction, including permitting, agency reviews, construction documents, engineering, specifications, and construction supervision. Remodels: hourly

Architectural Model Makers
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Drafted designs are the lower rate for our staff draftsperson. Higher rates are for architect services.

Bathroom Designers - Residential
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
Lower rates are for our draftsperson. Higher rates are for Architect.

Designer - Interior Lighting Plan
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
All light fixtures are selected not only for style but quality and energy-efficiency. Specializing in LED lighting, and state-of-the-art technologies. Solar electric designed systems a specialty where site warrants good exposures.

Interior Designers - Residential
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Interior Designer time is lower rate. Architect is higher rate.
