How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 6.00 to 8.00 percent of sale
On low dollar properties there is generally a fixed minimum amount. Overall, Realtors are paid a percentage of the purchase price.

Real Estate Consultants
- $150.00 to $250.00 per hour
- 1.00 to 3.00 percent of sale
Realtor consulting is usually flat fee based. This format did not allow a flat fee to be posted. (only per hour) Call. Let's discuss your project.

Real Estate Research, Information & Market Reports
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour for reserach
- $100.00 to $180.00 fixed fee per report
- 0.50 to 1.00 percent
Real estate information can be provided to non-business Clients for free. For CMA, BPO, Appraisal these are typical fees.
