Aerial images have 40X more impact then ground images. Our quick shoots are perfect for showing your house off, your property, weddings, outside parties or special events. We have had lots of success in filming action sports such as, surfing, football, baseball, skiing, snowboarding and skating. Some our happiest customers used us to film their children running the 40 yard dash or hitting batting practice or even playing live in a football game from the air!!! You can imagine how nice that looks in a college recruiting video.
If your looking to get up close with anything elevated, we are your answer. Aerial images works well for farm assessments, property assessments, roof inspection, surveys, building inspections, you name it. If this is of interest to you, please be careful of who you hire. we recently worked with a realtor that was the second realtor to list a property. The first realtor had the listing on the market for 90 days with no bites what so ever. The owners of the property were very disappointed that it did not sell. As a matter of fact, there were no offers or interest whatsoever. The house and property it was set on was perfect, so they could not understand why. It was a personal feeling and the owners were debating on listing it again.
Realtor 2 comes in and engages us to take some aerial images and we did. We created stunning photographs of the house and property. We did a video fly bye as if you were flying over the property at 15 feet in the air gently moving around trees and obstacles. The had told us a few weeks later that the house sold in 12 days due to the presentation we created for them.
