What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Never shop on price when replacing windows. NEVER. Yes price is a concern, but it should be at the bottom of that list. Quality isnt cheap, we all know this. The entiere reason for replacing the window in the first place is because the builder went cheap the first time. Secondly do your research on the company many company sell cheap go out of business only to void your warranty and reopen under anew name . MANY COMPANY BIG COMPANIES HERE IN THE CHICAGO AREA HAVE DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES. We are the only company to be here under the same name same family for over 65 years. TRUST EXPERIENCE
