Custom Home - Build - $190.00 to $230.00 per square foot (basic construction) Our clients control the check book! We email each and every invoice to our clients and their banks for review. Our builder fee is fixed $18 per "Heated foot", so we have no reason to "pad" the bills. Our clients get everything else at our contractor's costs.
