Our mission is to provide all of our customers with a detailed and thorough inspection to help gain insight into their new investment and home. $199 Inspection, Lowest In The Adirondack and Capital Region and even includes FREE Services including a Pest Inspection Checking for Wood Destroying Organisms & Where Applicable, A Well Flow Test.
We promise to all of our customers the very best in Customer Service and we guarantee that we will not miss a single step during your Home Inspection.
We do not believe it should cost anymore to have the best. Our Philosophy is that there is nothing in a house that cannot be fixed and we offer solutions and options for any inefficiency

- $199.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Our Base Home Inspection Price is $199 for the Adirondack & Capital Region. Additional Fees May Apply. Call Us For Details.
