Rebuild of deck
We tore out and replaced all the old lumber with New #1 Cedar decking, rebuilt the Arbor, washed, brightened and sealed with Cabot Australian timber oil

We tore out and replaced the header board & deck surface. Replaced all deck skirt with new lattice & rebuilt the steps. We washed and sealed the deck surface with Cabot Australian Timber oil & stained all railings and skirt with Cabot decking stain (Solid)

We applied a deck cleaner and pressure washed the entire deck, applied a wood brightener to enhance the wood back to original color and sealed with Cabot Australian Timber Oil (Natural)

We applied a concrete cleaner and pressure washed the patio to remove all the mildew and algae.

I was pleased with Lanaville's gutter cleaning service last year, so, after hearing how knowledgeable the owner is about decks and wood in general, I decided to move forward on a major overhaul of my deck this year. I know my deck is far from the largest project that Lanaville was tackling during very rainy spring weather, but he gave it the full attention that he would have given to a deck attached to a mansion. Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
- $15.00 to $25.00 per square foot (cedar)
- $8.00 to $15.00 per square foot (pressure treated pine)
- $20.00 to $40.00 per square foot (composite)
We require a 30-40% deposit upon acceptance of proposal, 30-40% at half completion and the remainder upon full completion of the project.

- $1.50 to $2.20 per square foot
We require a 30-40% deposit upon acceptance of proposal, 30-40% at half completion and the remainder upon full completion of the project.

Deck or Porch - Repair
- $30.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus materials)
We require a 30-40% deposit upon acceptance of proposal, 30-40% at half completion and the remainder upon full completion of the project.

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
We require a 30-40% deposit upon acceptance of proposal, 30-40% at half completion and the remainder upon full completion of the project.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
We require a 30-40% deposit upon acceptance of proposal, 30-40% at half completion and the remainder upon full completion of the project.

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $40.00 to $75.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $800.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $150.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for driveway
- $150.00 to $400.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft)
We require payment in full at completion of your pressure washing project.

- $35.00 to $55.00 per hour (plus materials)
We require a small deposit at acceptance of proposal and remainder at completion of project.
