Appliance (Major Electric) - Install or Replace
- $189.00 to $229.00 for basic appliance hookup
189.00 service includes removal of single electric wall ovens and installation. $229.00 service include installation of double electric wall ovens. Removal of old appliance from home are included in both Price's.

Appliance (Major Gas) - Install or Replace
- $75.00 to $100.00 for basic appliance hookup
Most gas range hook ups are $75.00 which includes a new Gas upon installation.

Appliance (Microwave Oven) - Install or Replace
- $115.00 to $200.00 for basic microwave installation (labor only)
Basic microhood installs are usually $115 which includes removal of old micro and installation of new micro.

Appliance (Small) - Install or Replace
- $75.00 to $189.00 for basic appliance hookup
$75.00 is for small window air conditioners ranging from 5000 bts to 10,000 Bts. 12,000 to 15,000 $125.00 18,000 bts to 25,000 bts.$150 thru the wall air conditioner installation $189.00

Appliance Water Line - Install or Repair
- $35.00 to $55.00 for dishwasher water and drain line (fixed fee)
- $99.00 to $150.00 for refrigerator water line (fixed fee)
- $35.00 to $55.00 for washing machine water and drain line (fixed fee)
These prices only include parts no labor

Dishwasher - Install
- $120.00 to $200.00 fixed fee (install only)
Removal of existing dishwasher and installation of new dishwasher cost $120. Any extra charges will be discussed before work is done.

Kitchen Hood or Exhaust Fan - Install
- $90.00 to $275.00 per hour (plus cost of hood)
Basic replacement of range hoods start at $90.00 which includes removal and replacement no additional work needed. Chimney hoods start at $275.00 we recommend a survey before pricing to give the best price for job. Survey or bids are $40.00 to come to inspect install.
