Look into their previous work even if it is not the same type of work you are looking to have done. Call or message there references to find out how their experience was. Ask questions about cleanliness, how trustworthy, mannerisms, and how they carried Theirselves and their work.

Our most recent project was a hard wood floor refinish. We had just got it done it looked beautiful and the homeowners had a moving company move them in. The moving cvomp any had drug a bed across the fresh floor a gauged it pretty bad. The home owner called us and we went right oout to see if we could help made a couple calls and looked a few things up and we found a solution and repaired the floors free of charge.

Is your company a member of any associations?

No I don't really believe that paying money to an association makes you any more of a better business you could do subsiquential work and pay them and still have a A rating our work is judged by the homeowners we take care of and our proof is in the pudding. You want a rating I have many references all willing to tell you how they wouldn't want anyone else in their home.
