How We Charge For Our Services

Coaching - Personal & Lifestyle
- $44.00 to $65.00 per hour
Personal training sessions are $65/hour if purchased one at a time but I offer discounts for packages of training.

Hypnotherapy
- $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
If a Hypnotherapy client is also a regular Personal Training client, I offer a discount to that client on other services.

Personal Trainers
- $44.00 to $65.00 per session
I offer discounts when a client purchases packages of sessions up front
