Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $265.00 to $400.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I work hard to make myself accessible to as many buyers as I can but I put more into my continuing education and tools than most other inspectors do. I feel our current pricing makes my company the obvious choice for a buyer or homeowner looking for the best value.

Home Inspection Services
- $270.00 to $295.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $305.00 to $360.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $360.00 to $400.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $270.00 to $295.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Many times larger homes are newer and can be in very good condition so we have worked hard to keep our prices competitive on not only the smaller homes, but also the larger homes as well.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $75.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $295.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
We offer a $125 discount when a mold inspection is combined with a standard home inspection.

Pool - Inspection
- $100.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $60.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
We offer a reduced rate when there is a pool and spa which both require an inspection.

Roof - Inspection
- $265.00 to $400.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
We only provide roof inspections as part of a full inspection.
