What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I wish that the customers would understand that my services are priced very low because I have become cost-efficient with the overhead expenses. I have made certain that they are not passed to the customers and a burden to myself as a home inspector. I promise to provide a superior home inspection regardless.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $245.00 to $270.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $320.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $320.00 to $345.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $270.00 to $295.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I am usually cost-efficient with the overhead expenses, and I bill by the square footage at the incremental of $25. My price range is between $245 to $370 for Square Footage between 1 and 5000.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $100.00 to $120.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Mold Inspection Only is $120, and it excludes removal and disposal costs. Mold Plus Home Inspection is $100 plus the cost of general home inspection.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $100.00 to $120.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Radon Testing Only is $120, and it involves an inspector ordering, placing, retrieving, and submitting charcoal canisters. Radon Plus Home Inspection is $100 plus the cost of general home inspection.

- $120.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Roof Inspection Only is $120, and it excludes labor and material costs.
