Make sure you pay attention to apperances. How professional do they look. Were they on time for a meeting. And please always make sure they are insured. Nothing is worse then having someone come into your place of home or work and they bream something and it can't get replaced, besides out of your pocket. Always remember a law ball bid usually means a low ball job. Personality is always important. Call there references and find out if they are any good or not.
