Always look for someone Certified, Licensed and a member of an accredited Organization for Home Inspections such as HITA (Home Inspectors of Tennessee). You may have to pay a little bit more but the resulting report and customer service will be of the highest quality.

- $300.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We usually require payment at the time of the inspection. Payment can be made by cash. check or Cred/debit card.
