- $365.00 to $675.00 fixed fee (level 3 inspection)
$365 gives the homeowner peace of mind, knowing any problematic issues will be addressed in the Home inspection report, that includes the SPI(Structural Pest Inspection) report too.

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $365.00 to $565.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I do phenomenal home/building inspection reports for a nominal fee.

- $365.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $365.00 to $565.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $465.00 to $565.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $365.00 to $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
