A:	Make sure you are confident in the guy you are hiring. Does he know what he is talking about? Is he taking you through a step by step process of how the job will get done and what you should expect. also will he be the one in the job making sure it is done right and too what you two agreed upon.

How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $30.00 per hour
- $3.25 to $4.50 per square foot
Plain walls are 3.25 a sqft. No matter what heights and walls with exterior trim which requires another color are 4.50. This is a set price will not change.

Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain
- $30.00 to $42.00 per hour
- $3.25 to $5.00 per square foot
Interior work my vary from just walls to ceiling or walls too crown moldings and base board. Please take into consideration that walls that have crown and base it's triple the amount of work on that walk. So prices vary depending on amount of work needed.

Concrete Floor Coating - Apply
- $42.50 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.65 to $6.00 per square foot (solid based epoxy)
Regular floor coatings are 4.65 a sqft and 2 part epoxy coatings are 6.00 a sqft

Pool Deck (Concrete) - Repair
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus materials)
Depending on extent of repairs, small easy repairs are the low and big extsensive repairs are the high end.

Specialty Coatings - Apply
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $3.25 to $5.65 per square foot
Some matierials don't require as much work to put down as others. Prices will vary depending on what matierials are being applied.
