Demolition - Residential
- $2,500.00 to $25,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
On a Whole House KNOCKDOWN there is NO Down Payment required. Payment in FULL, Upon Completion.
We Offer Very Competitive Pricing.....!! Our service includes the Complete removal of Houses including the concrete Foundation, concrete Footings, all concrete slabs, brick chimneys, etc.

Drywell - Construct or Rebuild
- $2,000.00 to $4,500.00 for standard concrete drywell
Pricing is based upon the size, depth and access for all drywells and drainage.

Pool Demolition or Removal
- $5,000.00 to $16,000.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, complete demo)
Pool removal pricing is based upon the TYPE OF POOL.
Gunite (concrete) pools are Much Harder to remove than steel wall pools simply because a Much Larger piece of equipment is needed to break apart a Gunite pool. Steel wall pools are easier and are done with a metal cutting saw to separate the steel pieces. Another consideration (which most homeowners DON'T full realize) is the Huge volume of clean fill/dirt that needs to be moved onto the site and backfilled INTO the pool hole. Pool Removal prices can and will vary based upon access to the rear yard.
