Our house had been on the market for months with no serious offers. The house was in uninhabited, and despite the urging of our realtor, we resisted hiring a professional stager. Initially, our resistance towards hiring a stager was primarily because we wanted to avoid incurring any additional expenses. BOY, were we wrong!!!
After months of not receiving any legitimate offers and covering two mortgages, we begrudgingly broke down and hired a professional stager to stage our home.
