We begin the design process by evaluating the proposed site and surroundings, orientation, sun exposure, and site amenities to take advantage of all benefits and restrictions the site allows for energy and cost effectiveness.

How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $100.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 4.00 to 7.50 percent of construction cost
The differences are based on the expertise, knowledge and effort required to resolve simple design vs. complex design solutions, and the inclusion of scope parameters, i.e.: to design a hospital or airport would require far more expertise and understanding than a normal home design; thus the increased fee cost.

- $100.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.50 to $6.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 7.50 percent of construction cost
