How We Charge For Our Services
Excavation - Minor Grading or Resloping
- $60.00 to $70.00 per hour (includes machine rental and operator)
We charge per hour because this provides the flexibility to accurately estimate projects. We stand by our estimates and if we finish the project earlier than estimated then we will pass the savings in labor on to the customer.

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $45.00 to $50.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
We charge per hour because this provides the flexibility to accurately estimate projects. We stand by our estimates and if we finish the project earlier than estimated then we will pass the savings in labor on to the customer.

Landscape Designers - Residential
- $50.00 per hour
We charge per hour because this provides the flexibility to accurately estimate projects. We stand by our estimates and if we finish the project earlier than estimated then we will pass the savings in labor on to the customer.

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $40.00 per application (1/4 acre)
This includes the granular fertilizer and weed control.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $35.00 to $45.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
This includes manual weeding of any flower beds in the property.

Sod Installation
- $1.21 to $1.25 per square foot installed
All materials are included. The price varies based on the complexity of the terrain.
