His prices were very competitive and he did a very craftsmanship like job of doing the install. All e-mail questions were quickly and professionally answered furing the bid process. He went above and beyond in both the layout, design, and implementation of the project. He has great communication skills, always checking in each morning with the plans for that day. His product and industrial knowledge were a notch above other vendors who bid this job. I would not hesitate to recommend FrogHVAC for your HVAC needs.

He was very professional and quite considerate of our elderly mother (whose water heater he was replacing). He also gave an honest assessment of the water damage and put her mind at ease.
